Pass Plus
The Pass Plus scheme was introduced by the Driving
Standards Agency in connection with most of the UK's leading insurance
companies. The aim is to offer new drivers more training delivering and assessed
by your driving instructor, to help you improve your driving skills and also
receive a discount of up to 30% on your insurance policy. This course is not a
test.
The course will be covered over a minimum of 6 one
hour lessons, and covers the following topics. Town Driving, Motorway Driving,
Country Driving, Dual Carriageways, All Weather Driving & Night Time Driving.
When your instructor is happy that you have
reached the required level you will receive a certificate from the DSA which you
can use to receive a discount on your insurance premium.
The course not only helps with your insurance but
considerably help your driving confidence and skill. Giving you tips and
assistance that would usually take years to learn. In many cases the discount
saved on your insurance far out weighs the cost of the course. The Pass Plus
course can only be taken within the first year of passing your driving test.

Course Costs
The Pass Plus course offered by Prelude School Of
Motoring is £150.00 this is covered over six lessons over several days. On
completion of the course your certificate will be posted to you from the Driving
