Hazard Perception Test

On completing the theory test you will have a break of up to three minutes before the start of your hazard perception test. Firstly you will be shown a short tutorial video clip about how the hazard perception test works. You will then be shown a series of 14 video clips which feature everyday road sense. In each clip their will be at least one developing hazard.

To achieve a high score you must respond in the early stages of the hazard developing by clicking the mouse button.

The pass mark for the hazard perception test is 44 out of a possible 75. Once you have completed the test you may leave the examination room. On leaving the room you cannot enter again. Once you have passed the theory test & hazard perception you can then apply for your practical driving test. Please speak with your instructor before booking any test.
